Chnöpfis (KH-nuf-ies)
KH → a soft, throaty “ch” sound, like clearing your throat gently
nu → the “ö” sounds like the “oe” in “canoe,” rounded
fees → a short, puff followed by the sound of water on a hot pan “hiss”
Chnöpfis began the moment two paths crossed. Then a wild starter and a wilder idea gave birth to a loaf of bread and the pursuit of a dream: building a home to share.
